Description
Introducing the Pulsar Symbion LRF DXT50 Multispectral Binocular, combining thermal imaging, digital night vision and full-colour daytime viewing in a rugged, classic binocular design. Built for comfortable, extended observation, it offers versatile viewing across forests, open terrain and mixed environments. Its multispectral imaging system pairs a 1280×1024 thermal sensor with a 4K digital CMOS sensor, allowing easy switching between thermal and digital channels.
The thermal channel provides a detection range of up to 2300 metres for a deer-type object, with 2–24× thermal magnification and 6.5–26× digital-channel magnification. Detection range should not be confused with the distance at which a target can be positively identified. A 1920×1080 AMOLED display offers nine thermal colour palettes, while three sensitivity amplification levels and four digital imaging modes allow users to adjust the image to viewing conditions. An integrated laser rangefinder measures distances up to 1500 metres, depending on the target and environmental conditions. True horizontal distance indication and a built-in ballistic calculator provide additional functionality.
The binocular includes 64GB of internal storage for photographs and video recordings with sound. Wi-Fi connectivity, together with Stream Vision 2 and Stream Vision Ballistics compatibility, supports remote control, live image viewing on a connected smartphone and ballistic data integration. Haptic vibration feedback, a tactile three-position power switch and energy-saving functions simplify operation. A magnesium alloy housing and IP67 waterproof and dustproof rating provide protection for field use. Operating Temperature: −25°C to +40°C (per user manual) / +50°C (per product landing page).
Two rechargeable APS5 battery packs are supplied and used one at a time, providing a stated total operating time of 8 hours at 22°C across both batteries. Actual runtime depends on the observation channels and use of features such as Wi-Fi, recording, the rangefinder and infrared illuminator. USB-C external power is also supported.
