HIKMICRO Pocket2 Thermography Camera.

The HIKMICRO Pocket2 is a small and robust thermal imaging camera suitable for industrial inspection and maintenance, among other applications.

It has the following features:

• VOx detector with a resolution of 256×192 pixels that can detect temperature differences of less than 40 mK.
• 8 MP optical camera that takes visible images and fuses them with the thermal images to improve image quality and sharpness.
• Temperature measurement ranges from -20 °C to 400 °C and can detect various temperature problems such as air leaks, piping problems, hot fuses or insulation problems.
• 5-inch LCD touch screen that allows easy operation and various functions such as picture-in-picture, 4x zoom or maximum temperature alarm.
• Optional macro lens to examine very small electronic components or PCBs.
• It supports Wi-Fi connectivity to share images or report repair data.

This thermal camera captures the infrared spectrum effectively showing the temperature of viewed.

Primarily used for electrical safety inspections the camera can “see” hot-spots that may overload and burn. It may also help in diagnosing overloaded conductors/phases, poor connections in junction boxes, equipment in danger of overheating, functioning of HVAC equipment, heat losses, thermal bridges, and other applications.
